Q: What type of Hair is used in Extensions?
A: We used Finest grade 100% Human Hair in our Extension to ensure best quality of our product. Our synthetic hair also made by quality hight heat fibre synthetic material. Compare other sellers hair you will see the differences of the Quality & Value.
Q:Can you curl, or wave, the straighten them?
A:Yes, you can style them as you would your own(human hair only) .
Q:I have very fine hair and I worry that the clips on the clip in extension will show through.
A:The clips are small. If you have very fine locks the clips still wont be seen, Of course you can buy a set and check for yourself.
Q:Can I wear my style up when they are in place?
A:Yes you can wear it up, a little experimentation and you’ll know which styles work best for you.
Q:My hair is quite fine. Will the clipins or clip on hair extension snap my own human hair with the extra weight?
A:You should be fine, they are very light and comfortable to wear.
Q:If I used the glue-in ones, would I be able to wear them up in a pony-tail, for example, or would you see the glue?
A: You wouldn’t see the glue. it is invisable.
Q:I have long, fine hair, Which type method would work best for me?
A:That’s really up to you – clip in for quick long hair, glue in for a semi permanent solution.
Q:I am currently blonde, but I’m thinking of dying it flame red. Can I dye them myself?
A:You can dye them any colour you wish but we would not recommend excesive use of dyes even on your own hair.
Q:Can you tell me more about your guarantee?
A:It's simple. We offering Free colour swap if you no happy with colour or incorrect colour and we also do full refund but Hair is a very personal thing and there are hygiene issues to be considered. In the unlikely event of the product arriving damaged please contact us by phone or email immediately so we can correct the problem. If at all possible please photograph the damaged packaging and email this to jennyhairs@hotmail.com to assist with our claim against the couriers.
