Payment Instructions
- All payments should be made within 7 days. Unpaid items will be relisted after 7 days unless you inform me otherwise of any delays.
- UK Buyers - I accept Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders. Please include Ebay ID or Transaction Number.
- Euro/USA/International Buyers - I can ONLY accept Paypal which will ensure a speedy despatch.
- Additional Paypal Info - Paypal echeque will mean a long delay in processing your order as it can take 7-10 days to clear or longer.
- After winning or buying an item please click the Pay Now button, even if you intend to send a postal payment. You will have the option of choosing a payment method and leaving a message for me if you wish.

Postage and Packaging
- Postage Costs - UK Flat Rate of £1.50 for the 1st item plus £0.10 for each addional item(some lighter items will not be charged the extra 10p) Overseas Flat Rate of £2.00 for the 1st item plus £0.15 for each addional item(some lighter items will not be charged the extra 15p)
- Please Note - A signed for service will be applied to certain items depending on item cost/availability(unique handmade lampwork) This will be clearly stated on the listing and is not negotiable.
- All items will be well packaged in bubble envelopes. Additional bubble wrap or box is used for more delicate items and larger orders.
- Please ensure your full address is correct in Ebay and Paypal. I cannot be held responsible if your address is incorrect.
- I am however responsible for getting your items to you, therefore proof of postage is always obtained in the rare event of items going missing in the post. Unique and more expensive items will be sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature when delivered. Please inform me if your item has not arrived after 7 days of receiving my despatched e-mail.
- I aim to send all items within 2 working days, but during busier times or unforseen events, this may take longer so please allow up to 7 days. If you need an item urgently then please e-mail to check when the next post will be sent.

Customer Service and Returns
- All items will be checked for quality/faults before listing AND again before they are packed. Items will be accurately described in the listing. All customer enquiries will be answered as soon as possible. All items will hopefully sent within 2 working days(see postage section above).
- Returns Policy - If you are not happy with the item, not what you expected or you receive an incorrect or damaged item then you must contact me to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging in resaleable condition with the exception of any damaged items received. You will be required to obtain a Proof of Postage certificate from the post office which is free. If you prefer to send the item by Recorded Delivery then you will be required to pay as this will not be refunded.
- Refunds will only be issued when I have received the returned item(s). Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, item cost will be refunded only, buyer will be responsible for return postage.

- 100% Customer Satisfaction is my aim - If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of the transaction then please let me know as soon as possible so I may rectify the situation. Feedback is Optional for both buyer + seller, but I would appreciate if you contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback in order for me to be aware of any problems.
