Do you discount the shipping cost for combined orders?
Our items require Immediate Payment via Paypal. Should you wish to purchase more than one item from us to take advantage of the Combined Order Discount,
EITHER buy each item individually and we will issue a Refund via Paypal, normally within 24 hours.
OR email/message us the titles of the items in which you are interested and we will provide you with an exact shipping quote. If this is acceptable we will create a personalised listing to include all the items.
For 2 items, the Combined Order Discount is 60p for the second item.
For 3 or more items we will weigh the items to obtain an accurate Shipping amount and then refund accordingly.

How can I pay?

How will you pack my parcel?
We will pack your books with sturdy corrugated paper and then wrap them securely in brown paper. The corrugated paper is made from recycled material and your packing slip is printed on recycled paper. We do not just put items in Jiffy Bags because the books can move around inside them and become damaged. |
How long will my item(s) take to arrive?
UK orders with 'Free' shipping will be sent by Second Class Post and should arrive within 4-6 days from when the payment is received.
UK orders sent by First Class Post should arrive within 2-4 days from when the payment is received.
European orders are sent by Airmail and should arrive within 6-10 days.
Orders outside of Europe will be sent by Airmail and should arrive within 10-21 days. |
My items haven't arrived yet?
If your parcel has not arrived within the times stated above, please contact your local Sorting Office. The most common reason for non-delivery is that the parcel was too big to fit through the letterbox so it has been taken back to the Sorting Office for you to collect. The postman may, or may not, have left a card to inform you of this! The Sorting Office will hold the parcel for 2-3 weeks pending collection before returning it to us. |
What about Returns & Refunds?
If you are not happy with your item(s), please email us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must then be returned within 14 days (UK) or 21 days (Overseas) in the same condition as they were received and in their original or similar packaging.
If the item was accidentally misrepresented, we will refund your original payment plus your return shipping costs. If there was no fault with the listing, we will only refund the original payment.
