| Q:Do you combine postage if I buy more than 1 item? |

| A:Yes I do combine postage where p&p is charged. Some of my items are free p&p but with the others, I give a discount of 75p for every extra item bought. i.e. if you purchase 2 items with a postage cost of £2.50 each, I will charge you £4.25 instead of £5.00. |
| Q:How soon will I receive my item? |

| A:I now have a royal mail business collection every day so my items are dispatched daily (usually within 24/48 hours of you buying). There is not always a collection on a Saturday. All in all, you should receive your parcel fairly quickly. |
| Q:Do you accept cheques or postal orders? |
|
| A:Yes I do accept cheques and postal orders but I will always wait for cheques to clear into my account before I send out your item. (this can take up to 5 working days). Please make cheques payable to J Haynes. |
| Q:Is this item brand new? |

| A:Yes - all my items are brand new in original boxes and come with all relevant tags, labels and cards. They have never been displayed and all come exactly as they would if you purchased them in a shop on the high street. |
| Q:Why have you not left feedback yet? |

| A:I always leave feedback - usually only once a week so please be patient with me. I receive a lot of emails asking me to leave feedback - this just takes up more of my time answering them and not actually leaving the feedback. I will always get around to it eventually! |
| Q:Why is the p&p more than I think it should be? |
|
| A:All of my items have the p&p clearly marked. This is obviouly not just for the price of a stamp and if you do think that the p&p is too high please do not buy from me. I keep my prices as low as I possibly can and no disagreements over p&p can be rectified after the sale. |
