I started playing drums when I was 12 years old and have clocked up quite a few years experience!

I have been in many bands including a very successful period with rock band, First Offence, which included Radio 1 airplay, 3 albums and many tours.

After choosing to wind down slightly on the gigging side of the business I decided to put my many years of experience to good use by teaching drums as well as advising on all aspects of the music industry. I teach all age ranges, at present the youngest being 7, the eldest being 60, but have once given lessons to an 86 year old!

I am a great believer in “feel” and encourage the pupils as far as possible, to express themselves individually.

I have a fully equipped studio and rehearsal facilities which include 3 drum kits, one left-handed.

I have now been running my ebay shop for some six months and decided again to put my music background to good use by selling classic rock vinyl and associated products as well as my own instruction CD's.

I am currently producing an instruction DVD which I hope will make learning to play the drums even more enjoyable.
