Delivery information

On most orders we have a maximum delivery charge of £6.95. We can only apply a postage discount if you allow us to combine the items for you. Exceptions to the maximum delivery charge are:

• Larger orders with a total weight more than 30kg may have an additional charge
• Courier orders (i.e. not Royal Mail) sent to Northern Ireland have a surcharge of £7.95
• Orders outside of Zone 1 UK may take an additional 24 hours to arrive on top of the predicted delivery date
• Some courier orders outside of Zone 1 UK may have a surcharge of £7.95
• With very large orders we may need to arrange the delivery date/time with you before we can despatch the goods

We aim to despatch most courier orders placed before 11am the same day.

We despatch orders on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
