Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items.

Payment methods

3. If paying for multiple items by Paypal please pay with one combined payment.  If you are unsure of how to do this please email us for an invoice.

4. All multiple purchases paid for separately by buyers WILL BE posted separately.

5. We also accept Nochex & Fastpay for online payments

6. Personal cheques & postal orders are accepted

7. Please make cheques payable to JSC Jewellery

8. If paying by cheque please allow one week before expecting your items, as items won't be sent until cheques are cleared.

9. International bidders, please note that we can only accept payment via Paypal

Postage & packaging

1. Standard UK postage is 86p for as many charms as you want! - As long as ONE combined payment is sent. 

2. Postage to Europe is £1.55for as many charms as you want

3. Postage to USA, Canada and th rest of the World is £2.00 for as many charms as you want. 

4. International Signed for delivery can be arrange for a cost of £6.00

5. To save on postage costs please make sure you pay with just ONE combined payment, items paid for with multiple payments will be posted separately.  If you need a combined invoice please email before paying or visit our How To Combine Multiple Payments page.

6. Any Paypal refunds that need to be made due to the buyer not combining item costs will incur an admin fee of £0.20 per refund.

7. If you would prefer your items sent via recorded delivery, please inform us and this can be arranged at a cost of £1.55

8. UK Postal insurance is available for an extra £0.75 (i.e. £1.61 total p&p) optional and covers up to £36*

9. Proof of Postage is ALWAYS obtained and can be viewed if required.

10. Items are usually posted everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

11. JSC Jewellery is NOT responsible for the delivery times of the Royal Mail.

12. Free postage applies to orders of £25 or over - please deduct the postage costs from your payment.  Orders will be sent by recorded delivery, insured special delivery can be arranged for orders over £36 at an extra charge of £3.80.

Insurance

1. Insurance of up to £36 can be arranged for an extra £0.75 to standard postage costs.

2. This option is available to UK purchases only, we are unable to insure International orders for this amount

3. The optional insurance guarantees you replacement items if you order has not arrived within 15 days of it being posted.

4. If your order is over £36 then Special Insured Delivery is recommended and can be supplied at a discounted rate of £3.80

5. JSC Jewellery are not responsible for the delivery times of the Royal Mail.

6. Items are only classified as "lost" if they still have not been received 15 days after the posting date.  We will only be able to deal with items that have not been received after this time has past, as items might still arrive.

Customer service & return policy

1. All items come with a no quibble 14 day refund/replace guarantee.  If you do have any problems with your items within the time, please contact us asap to resolve the matter. 

2. All problems after the 14 day period has passed will be on a case by case basis, but you will likely be offered the chance to purchase the same item(s) at a reduced cost.

3. Replacements and refunds will only be processed once faulty items are returned (buyer is to pay all return costs).

4. Refunds are only given on item costs, postage costs are NOT refunded.

5. Items returned to JSC Jewellery for refunds/replacements are posted at the customers own risk and expense.  It is recommended you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service when returning items.  

6. Items are only classed as "lost" in the post when 15 days have passed since the posting date, no action will be taken by JSC Jewellery or the Royal Mail before this time as items may still be delivered.

7. If your item has still not arrived 15 days after the posting date please contact us.

8. We do not provide refunds for items lost in the post if no postal insurance was purchased.

9. For any problems except those covered by our refund policy replacement items and credit notes will always be issued in place of refunds.

10. Due to hygiene reasons all body jewellery sales are final.

11. Please contact us if you do have any problems BEFORE leaving feedback.

12. We aim to answer any email queries within 24hours.
