Returns Policy
  • Contact MUST be made with us before returning any item.

  • We will then issue you with a URN (Unique Returns Number).

  • Items returned without a URN will not be accepted.

  • When you return an item purchased from either eBay or our eBay store, please ensure you enclose; your eBay id, the item number and your URN. This will ensure a quick response to your returned goods.

  • In all cases request for refund must be made within 7 days of receipt or 14 days after posting. Items must then be returned within 7 days.

  • All requests to return goods despatched over 28 days ago will not be accepted.


Items bought in error & replacment required
Buyers are to return items in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt enclosing their URN. This will be at buyers cost. Upon receipt of returned goods an invoice will be issued, generally through Paypal, for the replacement goods postage costs.

Once this has been paid the replacement goods will be dispatched. If this is not paid within 48 hours you will be refunded in accordance with our replacement not required policy, and we will assume the matter closed.


Items bought in error & replacement not required

The refund will be the original sale price less 15% re-stocking charge and postage charges.

In the event of any items being returned which initially attracted a free postage promotion, at the time of refund our full postage costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Items returned to sender - Not collected or undeliverable
Upon receipt of goods returned to sender we will contact you and ask if you wish the goods to be re-sent, if this agreed an invoice will be issued, generally through Paypal, for the goods to be posted again. Once this has been paid the replacement goods will be dispatched.

If the Paypal invoice is not paid or you do not reply within 48 hours you will be refunded in accordance with our replacement not required policy, and we will assume the matter closed.

In the event of any items being returned which initially attracted a free postage promotion, at the time of refund our full postage costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount.


Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that any goods or package arrive damaged, you must note this on the delivery note you sign and inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. Items will need to be returned to us within 7 days.

After receipt and following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or mis-use, and provided the goods have not been fitted or used we will replace damaged goods free of charge and refund your return postage.

If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in good condition and good working order, they will be refunded in accordance with our replacement not required policy and assume the matter closed.


Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that any goods arrive to you faulty, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. Items will need to be returned to us within 7 days.

We guarantee goods for 30 days from delivery. After this time has passed you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly.

After receipt and following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or mis-use, and provided the goods have not been fitted or used we will replace faulty goods free of charge and refund your return postage.

Should the damage have been caused by neglect or mis-use, or have been fitted or used, or not retuned in their original condition, or we test the item and find it to be in full working order, we will refund you in accordance with our replacement not required policy and assume the matter closed.
