 | Q: What Warranty or Guarantee do items have? |

 | A: All new parts are sold subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions of sale. In most cases, items are sold with a 12 month or 12,000 mile guarantee. The guarantee only guarantees the specific item against defective materials or workmanship, it does not cover any consequential losses, damage or labour claims. |
 | Q: How do I claim for a faulty item? |

 | A: In the first instance you must contact us by email or in writing with details of the item, date purchased and the exact fault. The item must be returned with a written explanation of the fault. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. |
 | Q: How long do claims take to process? |
 |
 | A: Any returned, faulty items are returned to the relevant manufacturer who will inspect and test the item as appropriate and report back to JGS 4x4 their findings. This process can take anything up to 6 weeks. In most cases, for small value items, JGS 4x4 will refund the customer as soon as the item is returned to them. |
 | Q: Are used parts guaranteed? |

 | A: No, used parts are not covered by any guarantee and must be considered sold as seen. |
 | Q: Can I return an item that was sold as used? |
 |
 | A: Generally no unless the item is considered to be significantly different to the description. |
 | Q: I bought a part and fitted it to a different vehicle, it does not work. Can I return it? |

 | A: If the part has been fitted and used no it cannot be returned. Parts are supplied and only intended for the applications listed. However, if the parts have not been fitted or used, we may consider a refund. |
 | Q: I need my order urgently, what can you do? |

 | A: We will always try to help out when we can. Please contat us BEFORE buying an item. That way we can check stock availability and suggest the best delivery method and cost. |
 | Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched? |
 |
 | A: An email is sent to advise when and how the order has been dispatched. Not everybody receives these emails due to their email spam settings. |

 | A: Always use the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on every item listing or send an email to james@jgs4x4.co.uk emails are usually answered within a few hours but sometimes can take 24 hours or so. |

 | A: Most goods are sent by Royal Mail first class post or next day courier. The details are shown on each listing. |
 | Q: How often are orders dispatched? |
 |
 | A: Orders are dispatched daily. Generally, orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Occasioanlly this is not possible. |
 | Q: How long does the postal service take? |
 |
 | A: Most First Class items are delivered within 1-7 days, occasionally Royal Mail do take longer. JGS-4x4 cannot be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mail or any courier service. |
 | Q: What if I have not received my order within a week. |
 |
 | A: Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If after this time you have not received your order, please contact us. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days after posting. |
 | Q: What if Royal Mail lose my item? |
 |
 | A: Whenever possible JGS-4x4 will re-send the order and will claim for the lost items from Royal Mail. If JGS-4x4 cannot supply the same goods again, they will offer a refund. |
 | Q: What if I decide I don't want an item after agreeing to buy it? |

 | A: Please contact us and let us know as soon as possible. All unpaid items are reported to eBay without exception. |
