UK customers – The parcel must be missing for at least 14 days - then contact us in order that we may make a claim. This applies to orders with a value of between
£10.00 - £35.00. If the claim is accepted then we will then be able to make a refund for the missing items.
Parcels over this value should be insured against loss at the buyers expense.
If you wish to upgrade your order to Special Delivery please contact us via email or telephone in order we may advise you of the extra charges involved.
Non UK Customers - Missing Parcels cannot be traced once they have left the UK so please request postal insurance if you feel you might need it.
Please Note: We will not be held responsible for missing items after 21 days if we have not been notified prior to this.
We shall not be held responsible for missing items if they are over £30.00 in value and have not been insured by the purchaser.
