Standard Carriage & Packing charges are listed for each item. Your order will be despatched the same working day as long as cleared payment is received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. We will usually combine carriage charges, however we are under no obligation to do this.
For large items and parcels we use 2 couriers. Where you live will depend on which courier we use. The charges below are STANDARD charges that we base your delivery on and are for guidance only. We reserve the right to alter this accordingly for special requirements, or if the couriers add fuel surcharges. We will use the courier that represents the best value to your supplied delivery address. Certain couriers will not deliver to certain addresses without there being a surcharge.

Payment should be made WITHIN 5 working days of winning the auction/making the purchase.
We accept PayPal as the primary method of payment as this is quick, safe and secure. Please note: If you pay be PayPal eCheque we cannot despatch your order until funds clear into our account as per PayPal Terms & Conditions. These are normally sent instead of instant payments if you have not registered a credit/debit card to your PayPal account, or if the one you have registered has now expired.
If you cannot pay by PayPal then we do accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. If you wish to do this, call our customer care number on 0844 412 2242. We can also accept personal cheques and postal orders through the post, made payable to Ironmongery Online and sent to: 76 High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1DX.
Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear. We do not accept cash in the post.

In line with the rules of eBay, all bids are final. This means you cannot cancel your bid once it is placed. This does not affect your rights as a consumer. All our products are from trusted suppliers who are ISO Registered to British Standards. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will give you the return address and we will issue a replacement of the faulty item once it has been inspected. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
If you have purchased a fixed price item, then you have the right to cancel within 14 days. The item(s) must be returned to us at your own expense in a good, unused condition and be unopened. Once received, we will issue you with a credit for the item(s). If you do not contact us to arrange the return within 14 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to refuse return of the item, or to charge a re-stocking fee at our discretion. All returns must be received within 21 days of receipt.
If your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please sign for the parcel as damaged. Ironmongery Online cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping and a replacement cannot be issued due to shipping damage if the document has not been signed accordingly.
