Returns Policy & Refunds
We offer a refund policy for complete peace of mind. If you are not happy with your purchase, please send it back to us in re-saleable condition
(ie in originally packed, unopened, unused and uninstalled condition)
within 7 days of receipt for a refund excluding postage.
All damaged, missing items or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. We must be notified of items not received within 30 days of purchase
Return items should be sent to the address on your packing slip with proof of purchase using a tracked service
before a replacement or refund can be issued. You will be responsible for the cost of returning
the item(s) to us, and you may include a copy of your postage receipt if you wish.
Please clearly mark your item with your name, eBay user id and eBay item number.
Exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the returned items, plus processing and actual postage fees as advised by us.
Refunds will be made subject to a restocking and administration fee of 5% of order value (minimum GBP 3.00 / USD 5.00 or currency equivalent)

We only accept PayPal. Payments to be made in British Pounds.
Checks/Cheques:
In accordance with eBay're new rules we can not accept cheques.
PayPal:
There is no surcharge on PayPal payments.
For efficiency reasons, we cannot accept changes to product specification after a purchase has been completed. For example if you purchase a compound
S brake pad, we will ship a compound S brake pad, even if you have written a comment with your PayPal payment requesting compound C instead.
Telephone:
We do not accept payment by card over the telephone.
USA Payment (see above for UK payment)
We accept PayPal only on this listing.
