We will not give bad feedback, as we only accept instant payments through PayPal we can assure you that the transaction will be fast and efficient, we do our utmost to get you your goods ASAP, and once the goods are dispatched we will post a positive feedback score for you.

 

We also don’t believe we should receive negative feedback from our customers, there are many circumstances that can delay a posting of an item or situations where an item may be lost or damaged in the post, unfortunately some people believe this is just cause to leave negative or neutral feedback, we encourage our customers to contact us if there is a problem, most can be resolved within 24 hours.

 

We understand and respect the right of the customer to leave negative or neutral feedback, the above statement in no way affects your right to do so.

 

Returns Policy

 

Items purchased from Inspect a Gadget UK are checked before they are shipped we always endeavor to get your goods to you in perfect condition. however if an item has been damaged in the post or arrives damaged / imperfect then we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund for the item and original postage cost upon receipt of the faulty goods.

 

We operate a NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK policy on returns, the returning /refunding process can take some time we understand this, we will not give you bad feedback for returning goods and we don’t expect to receive any in return. (The above statement in no way affects your right to leave negative / neutral feedback).

 

We must receive the goods before a refund / replacement can be issued, however we will refund the cost of postage to return the goods once it has arrived

 

We cannot accept returns based on damages/ faults caused by misuse or negligence

 

We cannot accept returns if the buyer changes there mind, all sales are final

 

Many of our items are sent recorded delivery or by our courier service, if an item isn’t accepted or signed for it may be returned to us, there will in these circumstances be an additional charge for shipping a second time.
