Waiting for your item is no fun!.... That's why as a full time business we get our post picked up from our premises every week day, so you get your items as soon as possible.

All items are dispatched same day (Monday-Friday) if paid for before 3.30pm.

• 2nd Class items arrive in 2-3 working days.
• 95% of 1st Class items arrive the next working day, although the majority arrive next day there is no next day guarantee with Royal Mail 1st Class..... once we dispatch our items they are in the hands of Royal Mail, and beyond our control.
  
• If you do need your items guaranteed for next day contact us for Special Delivery Prices.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your items please contact us so that we can do everything possible to rectify the problem, you can also return your items to us within 14 days for a refund.
