Unless otherwise stated we dispatch all parcels via Royal Mail and always retain proof of posting, for items which are Recorded Delivery these require a signature. Should there be no-one in at the address to sign, a card will be left with details of collection/re-delivery. Some larger parcels may be sent using FedEx UK and we will notify customers of a tracking number so they can follow the progress of their consignment online. Please note orders sent via Royal Mail standard & signed for carry no guarantee and whilst most arrive within a couple of days we cannot be held responsible for late arrival and in the unlikely event of loss refunds will take a period of 14 working days to be processed after the original posting date.
