We aim to deliver within a 1-4 day period depending on the destination. We use Parcelforce carriers as well as our own vehicle if possible again depending on location as well as posting small items. We will ship to anywhere within the united kingdom and northern island and freight charges are charged accordingly. Payment can be made through paypal via ebay or you can contact us to pay via phone for items purchased on ebay, all main credit cards can be excepted. We will except cheque but we require the cheque to clear before delivery can be scheduled. Refunds are excepted as long as item is in a resaleable condition and authorization has been agreed in which case collection will be arranged either by ourselves and costs deducted from the credit value or by the customer. We do have the right to charge a restocking charge if the item has been ordered incorrectly by the customer. In some cases if any item is found to be faulty you first contact the manufacturers as all items are under guarantee and are void if item is returned so please Do Not send the item back to us until verification of what the manufacturers have advised you to to do and we have been informed. Returns of incorrect items will only get refunded excluding carriage when returned in a saleable condition.
