| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We will accept Returns up to 14 days after you receive the Item. We do not pay for you to return the item but if you want a replacement we send that Free Postage or will issue a full refund including the first lot of postage. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. If you wait for us to send you a discounted invoice we always reduce postage for multiple items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? UK Only |

| A:We Use Royal Mail, Fedex and Interparcel.We dispatch the same day or next day in most cases.
In the odd occasion that we do not have an item because it has been bought from the actual shop we get deliveries most days and can send the item with in 3-5 days.
Fedex/Interparcel is always next day.
Royal Mail is usually next day also but it can vary. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We work out Post and Packing charges by weight of the parcel, there is no handling charge. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes, Most items have international shipping prices on them but some larger items we ask for international buyers to message us for a more accurate shipping price before purchasing. |
| Q:What happens if My Item does not turn up? Royal Mail. |

| A:Claims can only be made after 15 working
days (3 weeks) have elapsed from dispatch. As stated by Royal Mail. We will then send you a claim for to fill in and sign either by post or via a PDF file by email, both ways in most cases. Once we receive the completed signed form we will issue you a refund. |
| Q:What happens if My Item does not turn up? Fedex and Interparcel |

| A:We tend not to have any problems with this kind of shipping as both Fedex and Interparcel a fully Tracked online so we know where your parcel is all the time. |
| Q:What Happens if My Item gets delivered Damaged? |
|
| A:DO NOT SIGN FOR IT!!!!
Only sign "As Damaged"
By signing normally you are saying you have received it in good condition.
