Payment |
We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards, we will also accept postal
orders and cheques, items will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.

Returns |
Our returns policy only applies to UK customers, for all non UK customers please
contact us to discuss any issues you may be experiencing.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We must be notified of any unwanted items within three days of receiving them, we
will only accept them back unused in the condition and packaging that they were
sent to you in.
We will arrange for them to be collected from you, unfortunately this will have
to be at your cost and often attracts a higher postage fee, alternatively you can
arrange for the postage (no guarantees will be provided until official receivership
is confirmed, we recommend that recorded delivery is always used) once the item/s
have arrived back to us they will be checked over and email confirmation provided
along with condition assessment within 1 Business Day (24hrs).
Where the condition is satisfactory then a refund will be issued, using the same
payment method as the item was purchased.
Refunds will be paid for the full item cost less any return postage costs incurred.
This policy will not affect your statutory rights. |
