We aim to send out goods on the day the order is placed, or the next working day if the order is placed out of working hours. At peak times this is not always possible.

Any product may be returned within 7 days of receipt, but  must be put in writing by letter, or email within two days of delivery. A refund of the goods value, less postage costs, if returned unused and in the original packaging. Buyer to return items at their cost. The refund will be back to the original source of payment within 30 days.
