As stated on ALL listings - the postage price quoted is for UK postage only - if you are abroad and wish to purchase an item, you NEED to contact me prior to either bidding or buying the item. I have now had my entire years worth of hard work and customer service ruined due to someone thinking that a massive hardback book could get shipped to the States for a meagre £3!
To avoid problems like this, I am having to ask anyone abroad to contact me and confirm the shipping rate before any contract is formed. This is to protect me from this happening again, as I have found this incredibly distressing and upsetting, as I take enormous pride in my feedback which is now ruined.
Sorry to those abroad who this makes life harder for, but due to some people not understanding simple instructions, this has become necessary.
