The boring small print - Nothing to be wary of!
Sales Info
- Contract: No contract is formed until you receive our confirmation email stating that your order has been despatched. Our acceptance of payment and our email confirm receipt of your order does not constitute the forming of a contract.
- Pricing: Whilst every effort is made to ensure we list the correct prices it's impossible to guarantee we will never make a mistake. If a price is listed higher than the correct price we will refund the overcharge, if the price is listed lower than the correct price we will contact you and give you the option to cancel all or part of your order (with relevant refund) or pay the difference.
- If item is out of stock then I will tell you how long you can expect to wait. If this is unacceptable then we will cancel the sale. If you have paid you will be refunded.
- If you change your mind or can't afford the item please tell me and I will mutually agree to cancel - there will be no black mark against you but you must tell me or an unpaid item strike will be issued after 7-10 days.
- If you have a problem please let me know in advance and we can work things out. As you can see from my feedback I'm friendly and approachable and always understanding (I once waited 6 weeks for a payment as the buyer kept me informed of a change in circumstances. It was fine, just let me know!

30 day Guarantee
- You can return for a refund within 30 days if the item is unopened, damaged on arrival (when you get it out of the pack and try it on), malfunctions after initial use or is unfit for purpose. If you go out and rip it on a sharp object or damage it in the course of general use wear and tear then this guarantee does not apply.
- If you damage it by accident let us know as we may well be able to offer warranty assistance
- I adhere to UK Distance Selling Regulations.
- You are responsible for cost of return shipping unless item was defective on arrival.
- In a few cases where the item is a customer return auction the guarantee will not apply. Where this is the case the item auction will have this fact clearly stated.
