ebay's Make An Offer feature explained
This is a great feature that kind of sits between auctions and fixed prices.
When you see the button Make Offer in a listing it means you can click it and offer me - or any other seller using it, a price for the item in question. The seller can then accept, refuse or send a counter offer back. It works a maximum of 3 times per item-offer so don't waste your offers by sending in super low prices, be realistic!
Many oy my fixed price items have Make An Offer on them. This is mainly for multiple items when I will accept 10% off. I may also accept offers on singles.
If your offer is too low I'll reply with a counter offer. The Counter Offer will be the lowest price that is acceptable to me.
If you make an offer and I refuse it contact me to ask what I will accept.
If you have any questions on the feature or even ask for a hint on what will be accepted drop me a line.
