Our new Air Coolers come with a 2 year guarantee and the dehumdifiers come with a 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated on our adverts. This guarantee is provided by a third party company, who have a team with the expertise and knowledge of these products and who we work very closely with and not Household Innovations Ltd. If the unit arrives faulty you must notify us within 72 hours and we will arrange for the faulty unit to be collected and a replacement will be sent. If the unit should go wrong after the 72 hours it will be covered by the guarantee and will be dealt with by the warranty company.
