Payment
We only accept Paypal. Please pay within 7 days, a UPI will automatically be opened if payment has not reached us within this time so we prefer payment quickly to avoid this happening.
Dispatch
All items advertised are in stock and are available for immediate dispatch if paid for via Paypal Instant Payments. Items paid for before 2pm via Paypal will be dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri only). Items paid for after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.Therefore payments received after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched while the following Monday. (Excludes Bank Holidays!) If you pay by Paypal E Cheque this will delay processing for at least 10 days until it has cleared. They work like paper cheques and can bounce so items will not be sent under any circimstances until it has cleared.
Please note we only charge postage at cost and do not charge you for packaging materials, tape, labels etc, so please bare this in mind when leaving us feedback for postage costs!!! Wherever possible items will be combined to give you the cheapest postage option, however sometimes its often cheaper to send items separately so will always offer you the best option.
Returns & Refunds
Please e mail us if you have an item you wish to return for whatever reason. Returns are accepted providing that they are still new/bagged/tagged/unused, however it is the buyers responsibility to cover all postage costs and ensure that the item is returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving it. Refunds made will be less postage costs and made via the method you paid us. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged on items returned after 14 days.
Exchanges
Providing we have the item in stock we will happily exchange non fitting items for another size (again they must be new/bagged/tagged & unused and be returned within 14 days) , this is subject to the buyer paying all postage costs and replacement items will not be sent until you have paid us for the return postage.
Please note it is your responsibilty to ensure goods arrive back to us safely, therefore we suggest you send it via trackable means as we can not refund/exchange items that never arrive or that arrive damaged, so please pack well! Please inform us when you are dispatching an item so we can ensure someone is available to receive it.
Faulty/Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will sort the problem out ASAP. Again these items must be in their original new condition and unused. Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
Missing Items
Please contact us if your item has not arrived within 7 days of us sending you a Dispatch Notification e mail and we will do all we can to trace the item. If then after 15 days the item has not turned up we will begin a claim with Royal Mail who may require you to assist them with their enquires.
