Do we

Postal Insurance.
Are
the items insured?
Yes, but due to Post
Office rules we have
to wait 15 working
days before we claim
for UK shipments, 25
working days for
European or ROW
shipments. So if an
item goes astray, we
have to wait the
15/25 working day
period to see if it
turns up. if it does
not arrive, we will
then ship a F.O.C
replacement to you
and WE will make the
claim against the
Royal Mail.
Shipping time.
Do we
ship the same day?
We aim to
ship all orders next working day however do allow extra time around busy periods
like Xmas. Please note we are closed Saturday & Sunday and therefore do not
despatch goods at this time or during national UK holidays. We do try and keep
messages answered but please allow extra time for replies if you message over
the weekends.
As

sure you can appreciate, Mondays are very busy indeed catching up getting orders
out !

Returns.
Do
you have a returns
Policy? Yes, it is
written on all
listings and on our
ME page.
All our products
come with a no quibble 7 day returns policy. All we ask is the goods are
returned to us in an un opened condition, in the same condition as sent to you
with all manuals, parts, drivers etc. so a full refund can be issued.
After 7 days
should the item be faulty then the item needs to be returned to us for it to be
tested and a replacement issued should that be necessary. Alternative
products maybe offered if the original item may no longer be available or
refunds issued at the companies discretion.
If you wish to
return your item please contact us through the eBay message system to request an
RMA number. All goods MUST have an RMA number before an item is returned,
this is so we can easily track any return and process it quickly.
Customers are
liable for any postage/shipping costs of returning or sending any item to us.
We will pay any postage/shipping charges in shipping replacements back to you.
