New items will be accepted for return providing they are in their original packaging and have no damage. Postage must be paid by the buyer and I reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 30%. DVDs will only be accepted if the cellophane wrapping is unopened and the DVD is unused. Returns must be received within 7 days. This returns policy only applies to unwanted purchases. Full refunds or replacements plus postage costs will be given for any faulty goods that are returned.
