| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:all orders are shipped Monday-Friday at around 1pm so if your order is placed and paid for before 12noon they are normally shipped same day on a parcelforce 24hr service |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No i do not normally ship to international locations this is because most of my items are either heavy or bulky and they tend to attract a high postage cost |
