| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:"PayPal Protection" requirements can prevent combined shipping discounts (after item purchases) - so please contact me to discuss the specific items concerned, before you purchase. You WILL receive a shipping discount whenever possible. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All paid orders are shipped within 24 hours - with the exception only of orders received over the weekend. Shipping is daily, except Sunday.
If you require urgent shipping - please contact seller. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped using 1st. Class Royal Mail, or better (faster) - as a minimum. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Post & Packing (P&P) charges are shown for all items listed - and include all postage charges, insurance if applicable, all (new) packaging, invoicing & labelling costs, and packaging and shipping labour costs - Hi-Fi Links is a registered business, so P&P is NOT only postage. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, all items are available for international shipment, but please note - insured, recorded delivery, shipping rates will apply for all international orders. |
| Q:Do you offer discounts for multiple item / trade purchases ? |

| A:Yes, please contact seller to discuss your needs. Bulk and Trade orders are welcome, and can be listed quickly on Ebay. You will receive appropriately discounted pricing for bulk orders. |
| Q:Is VAT included or Extra ? |

| A:Hi-Fi Links is not VAT registered, so does not invoice for VAT costs. All items are supplied VAT paid. |
| Q:Is telephone support available ? |
|
| A:Yes - you will receive a contact telephone number with your item, should there be any questions as to installation / use of the product, or indeed any question of faults with a product. This service is normally reserved for paying customers, however, should you need a contact number prior to purchasing, please contact initially via e-mail. |
| Q:My item has not arrived, what should I do ? |
|
| A:If you have not received your item within 7 days of payment, please contact Hi-Fi Links immediately, preferably via the Ebay messaging system. |
| Q:Why are your prices higher for your items on Ebay ? |
|
| A:Ebay charge the seller listing fees, as well as final value fees - totalling ca. 10 - 20 % of the final price. These additional costs have to be incorporated into the Ebay sales price. Direct sales from Hi-Fi Links do not incur these added costs. |
| Q:Advice regarding another sellers' products ? |

| A:Hi-Fi Links provides advice and support ONLY for Hi-Fi Links products, and cannot comment regarding other sellers items. |
| Q:Why does Hi-Fi Links not offer FREE P&P ? |
|
| A:Nobody offers "Free" P&P - in reality, sellers listing with "Free P&P" have already included P&P costs into the sales price. Hi-Fi Links does not adopt this practice, as it leads to a higher than expected increase in the sales price (to cover additional Ebay fees charged on the P&P element within the price). |
