Once payment has cleared, we aim to despatch items
within three working days. We send our goods using a UK carrier on a 3
day Monday - Friday service. Please note that some remote areas such as
the Scottish Highlands may take up to 5 days. We do offer a next day Monday
- Friday service if required - please call us to ask for a quote. Our
prices are for delivery to the UK mainland. We are also able to deliver
to UK offshore locations - please call us for more information.
Smaller
items may be sent by normal UK post - we will let you know in the item
description if this is the case.
You
are also welcome to collect goods from our warehouse by arrangement.
We
aim to have all items in stock. However, should an item be out of stock
we will let you know.
Damaged
Goods
Damage
can sometimes occur when sending large goods. At the time of delivery,
we advise you to check your goods for damage before signing for them.
If there is any damage, then please notify the delivery driver and make
a note of it on the delivery note that you will be required to sign. If
your goods are damaged, then please contact us and let us know so that
we can arrange a replacement.
We
must be notified of damaged, missing, faulty or incorrect goods within
3 days of receipt.
