Damaged Items;
If for any reason your furniture arrives damaged then we will accept returns provided we are notified within
twenty-four hours of your orders arrival and that your furniture is returned to us within the
seven day period. We can be contact at

When your furniture is delivered you will be asked to sign for the delivery, please ensure you check your furniture thoroughly before accepting the delivery. If you sign for an item and subsequently discover that it is damaged, we will replace the furniture but you will be liable for the carriage costs incurred in returning the item.
Please note we will require proof of the damage from a photograph in order to exchange the item.
