14 day money back guarantee
A full refund (less shipping costs) will be given on return within 14 days of receipt if the functionality or condition of an item are not as described. EU buyers can return items (at their own cost) within this period for any reason in accordance with Distance Selling regulations. Please contact us for further instructions before returning any item.

Full parts and labour warranty
If a fault develops (not caused by accidental or other damage) with the item within 3 months of receipt (12 months for new products), ship it back to us and we will arrange for it to be repaired and returned to you free of charge. If the item is not economically repairable, we will offer the choice of a replacement (if available), credit against other items or a full refund of the original purchase price. Please contact us for further instructions before returning any item.

This warranty applies to most items, except very old and/or collectable products (which may not be repairable).If this warranty does not apply to a particular item, it will not be featured in that item's auction description.

General terms and conditions
All items are used unless stated otherwise. The auction currency is UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Only accessories specifically offered in the description are included. Auctions considered void if payment is not received within 21 days.

Limit of liability
While we do check our products thoroughly, we strongly advise testing all equipment in actual operation before relying on it for important work (such as weddings, holidays, professional use, etc.) and cannot accept responsibility for any consequential losses due to failure under any circumstances.
