Use of herbs

Herbs can be dangerous unless you know what your are doing with them, they also have a multitude of uses including magical use hence why my shop is listed in metaphysical and magical information given for interest.

Instructions as to how to use any herb for medicinal use is not and will not be issued by us.

I am not a qualified herbalist nor do I claim to be, therefore it would be extremely irresponsible of me to advise anyone on how to take herbs medicinally.  Herbs will react to many things and have adverse effects on things such as  High/Low blood pressure, Heart Condition, Epilepsy, Varicose Veins, Allergies, Pregnancy, Breast feeding, Skin conditions to name but a few.

Professional advice form either a herbalist or doctor should be obtained before using them medicinally.

Payment & payment Methods

1, All orders must be paid for within 3 working days of purchase, this also includes cheques and postal orders unless you have contacted me before purchasing, giving me a reason as do why its not possible for payment to be post within that time. Not being paid for another week is not an excuse for not paying!

2, I except paypal, Personal Cheques, and postal orders Made payable to D.A. Loveless. Bacs transfers are also excepted please email for account details. Goods are only dispatched once funds have been cleared.

3, Overseas buyers paypal only if you don’t have a paypal account then please do not make a purchase.

P&P

1, Discounts are given on multiple purchases or if you order is over 2 kilos we can send via DHL home 48hr service for £7.95 maximum weight 20 kilos.

2, Due to the increasing unreliability of the British postal service I will have to insist on a recorded delivery for orders over the value of £10.00 as this is easier to track the item if there's a problem.  All sales with a value of £30 or under will be sent this way. The courier used for items over two kilos offers standard insurance of up to £100, but this does not include glass and the first £35.00 of any claim is disregarded by them.

I will abide by post office and E-bay regulations and will provide a refund ONLY when I have been reimbursed myself which can take up to 3 weeks.

3, Most items will be dispatched within 48hours of me receiving payment. Except items such as charm bags, incense, these are made to order and therefore during busy periods there maybe a slight delay. Items are posted out Monday - Friday.

International buyers

P&P

1, All P&P costs refer to UK MAINLAND postal rates. Any international buyers who checkout with or without prior communication and consent, MUST accept that P&P costs will be higher. Please email me before purchasing for a quote on the shipping costs.

2, All orders are sent via international signed for which is an additional £3.50 a cost that is set by Royal mail. Insurance is not paid by royal mail for any lost or damaged item that is not sent via international signed for, therefore I will not sent any item without the insurance being paid.

3, International item can take up to 14 days, so please be patient.

Customs.

Herbmoon Hollow will not be held responsible for any taxes or customs handling fees or anything to do with customs holding up shipments.
This is the full responsibility of the customer, so please check that goods are allowed into the country in question before ordering especially if it is a herb or anything containing herbs, there are restrictions in place on certain herbs,  so please be aware of them. In the event that customs do seize your order postal insurance does not cover this loss.

RETURNS

Items are described as fully and as accurately as possible, if the item is damaged it will be listed in the description and it will be stated weather it is new or used.

All items have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned in an unused condition within 7 days of purchase.

DISTANT SELLING REGULATIONS:

Under the terms and conditions of Distant Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after purchasing anything from this site. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. Oils,ointments and herbs must be unopened and unused. However please email us prior to returning, in order to obtain a returns number. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcel returned to us, we advise you to send by recorded delivery. Should your item/s arrive damaged we advise you to contact us immediately for a returns number, we will require the item back in order to inspect the damage for ourselves, so that we can ascertain if it is a design fault or postal damage.
