Payment and Delivery
Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment:
- PayPal. Please send payments to paypal@hellobabydirect.co.uk
- Cheque/Postal Order. We recommend Postal Orders as these are cleared funds and allow us to dispatch your items immediately. Please make cheques payable to 'Hello Baby'
- Bank transfer. Please enquire for details
- Credit cards. We accept all major credit cards over the telephone.
All international payment must be made via PayPal.
Remember that quick payment means quick delivery!
Delivery
Orders over £150 to the UK mainland are shipped for Free!
Smaller items are shipped within 48 hours of payment. For larger items such as prams and nursery please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
- Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail
- All orders over 2kg are delivered by courier.
Deliveries over 2kg to Northern Ireland costing below £150 are £19.99, above £150 they are £9.99
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery rooms sets to Northern Ireland and UK off mainland (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Irelands)
Delayed Deliveries
Unfortunately, from time to time items can be delayed in the post. We will not give refunds or send replacements until 15 working days for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international deliveries. These are the timescales after which the Royal Mail considers an item to be lost. See more information about lost UK mail and lost international mail.
