PAYMENT & POSTAGE
Please pay within 10 days of purchasing you items, I am aware that sometimes there are problems, if you can notify me we can sort something out. If I am not contacted I will use ebays non paying bidder report and negative feedback will be left (as a last resort) if not completed after 2 weeks.
If buying outside of the UK - please wait for an invoice for postage costs & payment must be made via paypal only. Often postage can be reduced on international Airmail packets, but you will need to wait for an invoice. All international packets are sent via Airmail, please email me before payment if you wish to purchase insurance on your package, proof of postage is always obtained for all my packages.
Items are usually despatched with 24hrs (working days) of payment clearing - this may not always be possible especially at busy periods of the year. A certificate of posting is obtained for every parcel despatched which can be used to submit a claim in the event of loss in the post.
Recorded Delivery can be added for UK buyers only - please e mail me if you take this option as it is not always shown on the invoice if you have overpaid on your postage and I have not noticed when printing out your order I will send your items by recorded delivery and add more goods to the total of your overpayment.
