| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders are sent within 24 hours of payment being made. Orders placed at a weekend will be sent out first thing on Monday morning. If your item/s have not arrived within 4 working days of your payment please contact me with your username and address I will be able to locate the proof of postage for you and send replacements if necessary. |
| Q:Can you combine my invoice to include my FREE P&P. |

| A:If you can wait for me to send the invoice i'll be able to alter this for you, so long as the checkout through ebay has not been completed I'll be able to add more items in for you before payment is made. I send out invoices regularly throughout the day.

| Q:HOw does your BOGOF offer work? |

| A:For every bag of beads or findings that you buy on my BOGOF offer I will send you an extra bag of the SAME COLOUR for free, so there is no need to buy the extra bag or you'll end up with twice as many!!
i.e.
If you purchase 20g of seed beads I will send you 40g.

| Q:Can I add more to my order to reduce my P&P? |

| A:This will not be a problem so long as the Ebay checkout has not been completed. I send out invoices regulary throughout the day. |
| Q:What is your returns Policy? |
|
| A:If you're not happy with the goods received, or have made the wrong choice, you may return goods within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please enclose a small note and your username so that we can issue a refund or replacement as soon as your return is recieved. |
| Q:My BOGOF items are missing. |

| A:I'm so sorry for any confusion, each bag contains twice as many beads as purchased (original item + BOGOF) These should have been marked on each bag, I am so sorry if the amount has been missed of your bags, but I can assure you that they do contain the BOGOF beads aswell. |
| Q:Can you combine postage? |

| A:My P&P rate is 80p plus 10p each additional item for people within the UK with FREE P&P on all UK orders over £25.00.
My international P&P rate is £1.60 plus 10p for each additional item, if you can wait for an invoice I may be able to reduce this on larger orders for you. |
| Q:What is the difference between GP and SP? |

| A:SP findings are Silver Plate. GP findings are Gold Plated items. The majority of our metal findings and other beads comply with the directives Euro Nickel Directives En1810, En1811, En12472. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I am more than happy to combine shipping, please wait for me to send you an invoice. If you have made an overpayment of postage I will refund this to you if I notice when printing out your order, if not additional items will be added to the overpayment amount, and your order will be sent by recorded delivery. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I am more than happy to ship internationally, this will be by standard airmail. Large orders can be sent surface mail on request. I only accept PAYPAL for international payments in GBP, do not send US money orders or postal orders, these will not be accepted. |

| A:If you can return the GP items with a stamped self addressed envelope and a small note I'll happily swap these for the SP findings for you. |
