We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 14 days of receipt, as long as, they are in their original condition complete with any packaging they came with. How to Return Your Item
Please return the shoes to the below address, wrapped and in their original new & boxed condition along with a note of your ebay user id and that you require a refund of the item price. Please do not cellotape the box the shoes must in re-sellable condition, all refunds are processed on weekends.

Exhange Your Item
To exchange an item, please complete the BUY IT NOW & make payment for the size required. We will then despatch these to you. In the mean time please return the size no longer required us, in their new and boxed condition along with a note of your ebay user id and that you require a refund of the item price.
