SELLING AND PRICING POLICY
Item Description
I do my best to provide an accurate and honest description of my items as I do not wish customers to be disappointed with their purchase. I also try my best to give accurate colour information but please note that it is not possible to provide a precise depiction of colour – the colours you see will depend on your monitor.
Due to the number of listings I am creating - sometimes the brain can malfunction and there may be an unintentional error in a listing! If you spot anything odd or I have missed out some crucial information - please let me know and I'll put it right straight away. I always appreciate and am very grateful for your comments.
Item Pricing and Service
Wherever possible items that I have purchased for resale are priced according to their retail value (or lower). However, as I am an individual trader I do have to account for my costs and overheads to provide these for you - it is not always possible for me to compete with the prices that larger companies and importers can provide. However, if you choose to buy from me you can be assured of a speedy and friendly service with assistance and advice at every step of the way - from choosing the right product for your needs, technical assistance if you are new to a craft or to E-Bay and Paypal, instant positive feedback when your payment arrives, quick posting and follow up communications so you know when your items have been sent out, and a no quible returns policy.
Items that have been hand crafted by myself are priced according to the materials used, time invloved and expertise required (e.g. higher pricing for more complex or unique design pieces). I price my items as fairly as possible and try to produce pieces that cover a wide range of tastes and budgets.
When I find items of the same quality at a lower price my policy is to lower my selling price accordingly - so you get a better deal too.

All prices are inclusive - being a sole trader running a small business I am not required to be V.A.T. registered at present.
Seller's Payment Instructions
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Cheques and UK Postal Orders are also accepted (pounds sterling only) - please make payable to Anne Waller.
Dispatch of Your Goodies
If you pay using PayPal I endeavor to post your items the same or following day. If paying by cheque (or Paypal e-cheque) your items will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared. I pride myself with providing a superfast, informative and friendly service. When I dispatch your items you will receive a confirmation e-mail to let you know when to expect your delivery.
Postage and Packing
The postage price includes stamps, label printing and packaging costs plus a small packing fee. The packing fee covers a minimum wage rate to pack your goodies and get them to the post box. Due to the changes in the Royal Mail rates most small items now come under the large letter rate and anything that needs a bit more packaging around it has to go packet rate. Unfortunately this has increased the basic postage rates quite considerably. I do provide postage discounts when you buy several items and pay for them all together - most additional items being free of extra postage - please make sure you ask for a combined invoice before paying.
I have set P&P to calculate automatically for you. In most instances the postage level calculates to about right to cover my actual costs. Occassionally however it can come out at a higher than reasonable amount (particularly for some of the smaller items) - in this instance it is my policy to give you a refund for any excess. On other occasions the postage comes out at less than my actual costs - in this instance I make up the shortfall - I do not ask my customers for more postage.
I generally provide several posting options. Please note that Standard Royal Mail (1st Class or Air Mail) is not trackable and items are not insured. I therefore recommend Recorded or International Signed-For options for delivery of more expensive purchases. Using trackable methods also gives you protection for your purchases under E-Bay and Paypal buyer protection policies.
Please also note that Standard Recorded or Signed-For delivery does not provide insurance or compensation for Jewellery items - you will need to choose Special Delivery or AirSure for these items to be covered for loss or damage. I always obtain a proof of posting and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. I will however, endeavor to trace items for you should this occur.

Returns Policy
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the item cost. Sorry but I am generally unable to refund postage costs. However, in the rare event that an item is faulty or not as described I provide a full money back guarantee including your postage costs. Please let me know if there is a problem - before leaving negative feedback - there is a friendly person on the other end of your computer only too willing to help! My priority is to have happy customers !
Help and Advice
I will respond to any questions or enquiries you may have as quickly as possible - usually by the same or next day. However, I hope that you understand that there are times that I may be busy with other commitments (e.g. exhibitions) - also I do occasionally need a day off.
If the unfortunate happens and you have a problem with your purchase please let me know asap and I will do my utmost to rectify it in a speedy and friendly manner.
I will endeavor to do my best to help newcomers and guide them through the process. I remember how daunting it felt when I first started trading (not that long ago!).
