Most orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched within 24-48 hours, with the vast majority of orders despatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post. This means that you should receive your order within one week, however for UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 2-3 working days
If your parcel is returned to us as not collected or not deliverable, through no fault or error of our own, you will be required to repay the original postage cost to have your parcel resent to you.
Please make a note of the following information for "Lost in the post" claims.
Lost in the post claims cannot be considered until 15 working days have passed from the date of despatch. We will send you (by post or by email), a "lost in the post" claims form which may be returned to us by post or by fax.
The information provided by you and a copy of the completed claim form will be passed to the relevant courier as part of our claim for the lost parcel. The courier may want to contact you themselves as part of their investigation into the missing parcel, and confirm that the details given by you on the claim form are correct.
Please note, we will refund the cost of the goods including postage charge or send replacements when a completed lost in the post claims form has been received by us.
