International Shipping.

International orders are shipped 'Royal Mail International signed for' at a flat rate of £6.50 in the EU and Europe per item with each additional item costing £3.50. Insurance included covers items up to £37.00

For the rest of the world Royal Mail shipping is £8.95 - £9.95 international signed for. Insurance is included.

Wigs can only be returned if they have NOT been worn or tried on.

All return requests must be submitted via email to wigs@misstresses.net in advance if returning.

To qualify for returns credit, returned items must be unworn, in all their original packaging,tags attached. Items which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to sender at senders cost.

We maintain strict hygiene standards for all our items and cannot refund items falling below these standards.
