Therefore we offer a "no fuss" refund / exchange policy.
Refunds
We accept returns that are made within 14 days of receipt.
We refund your Paypal account. The refund amount does not include the buyers return postage & packing fees.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges that are made within 14 days of receipt.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the alternative item is no longer available then we shall give a refund (see above).
The buyer is responsible for return postage & packing costs.
N.B Items must be unworn, in the original condition and returned in the original packaging.
Please may we ask that you email us prior to any return/exchange just to let us know of your intentions and that the item is on its way.
May we also ask that you pop a small cover note into the box so there is no confusion about who the sender is!
We also advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we will not compensate for items that have been lost in the mail. In this rare instance compensation should be sought from Royal Mail.
