When buying from us, you are covered by The Distance Selling Regulations in the UK which means you can cancel an order return the product to us within a 14 days as long as the product in unopened and unused.

If you would like to return an item to us, you must email us first.
We accept returns of all unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.*

The goods must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
You will be emailed the return address.
On receipt of the goods , you will be refunded the product cost.
You will need to pay the return postage cost and ensure the product is delivered back to us.
If you have ordered from outside the UK, you should return the product back to us within 21 days of receipt.
We will also file a Mutual Agreement Dispute on Ebay to recover our listing fees, which you will simply need to agree to.

In the unlikely event, a product is faulty you should be able to return it to the manufacturer our ourselves for repair or replacement within the warranty period. Please email for details. Where a product does not meet to your satisfaction or has broken down after the warranty period, we will try our very best to help.
