We pride ourselves on the fact that all the fabric we sell is of the highest quality and in perfect condition.

There are no 'B' grades or seconds! Just quality fabric at a good price!

Feedback is an important part of our business and a good feedback rating encourages new customers to shop with confidence. Please remember to leave feedback. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service then please contact us direct so we can have the opportunity to rectify your problem. Please do not leave negative feedback with out contacting us first!

Postage

We try our best to dispatch all our orders as quickly as possible. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday. However, once it has left our premises we are in the hands of the postage Gods! Please allow 7 days from date of order before contacting us if not received within that timescale. Please feel free to contact us if you do need an urgent order dispatching and we will try our best to accommodate. All orders are packaged in a tough, secure seal mail bag to protect your purchase. Out of Stock

Occassionally an item we are offering for sale may become temporarily out of stock or discontinued from our suppliers. If this is the case you will be contacted by email and a suitable replacement may be offered. If you are unhappy with any replacement we send out to you for any reason you may return the item to us and we will give you a FULL refund.

Refund and Replacements  We will be happy to refund any item you are unhappy with. Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods prior to returning them. Once the goods have been received back we will give a refund by the payment method taken.
