Returns Policy If the item you receive is too big /small, please email us straight away, post the item back to us with all the packaging or equally well wrapped within 5 working days of receipt, we will be happy to exchange for a different size, once the item has been received by ourselves. In the unlikely event the wrong size or item has be sent out email us straight away, post the item back to us with all the packaging or equally well wrapped within 5 working days of receipt, we shall issue a full refund including the cost of first class return post once the item has been received by ourselves. If you decide you have ordered the wrong item for whatever reason email us straight way, post it back to us with all the packaging or equally well wrapped within 5 working days of receipt, we shall issue a refund less p&p and any reasonable costs we have incurred in the sale (i.e. ebay fees), once the item has been received by ourselves. OVERSEAS BUYERS All the above applies with the exception that we will allow 14 days to receive a returned item. All items leave Grace and Flair in perfect condition and well packaged, all returns must be in the same condition, the tags must still be attached and the item unworn. The buyer is responsible for the returned package in transit and is therefore advised to insure the item for its return as no refund will be made if the item is lost in the post. If you are unsure whether the item will go with an outfit, you are advised to purchase a sample of material from our shop. We accept Paypal, postal order, bankers draft or personal cheque. If sending personal cheque item will be dispatched once cheque is cleared, this also applies to E Cheques. Please ensure all payments are sent in Sterling. Overseas customers paypal only For UK customers an item is not considered lost in the post until 15 days from date of posting for all other customers 30 days. If your item is not received we will send you a form for completion and return, only upon satisfactory receipt of this form will a refund or replacement be sent.
