Most items are posted with 2-4 days of payment being received. Some items may take longer if I am waiting for a delivery so please check. Proof of Postage is kept for all items. Insurance is available on all items at just 64p (If you have problems with delivery or if your purchase is expensive it is recommended that you take this out).

If there is a genuine fault with your item then please get in touch and a replacement or refund will be issued. However the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and be in the condition it was originally sent. However I WILL NOT refund if the item "Does not Suit" or "Doesn't Fit" as all measurements and details are given in auction details.
