We aim to ship most items within 24 hours of cleared funds being received (excludes weekends, bank holidays). Special orders and custom products may take slightly longer.

Returns for refund

We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase from Golfgear4less, however we do realise that sometimes you may need to return the goods to us. Please check all the listing details carefully and email or telephone us with any questions before buying so as to minimise the need for returns.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please call us on 0845 6434 911 between 9 and 5.30 Monday-Friday or email to arrange a returns reference prior to the goods being sent back to us.

The item must be unused, in the original packaging (including box, shrink wrap on the club head/grip if supplied) and returned to us within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full purchase price refund (refund excludes postage/shipping/insurance).

If the item has been sent in error or is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately, we will arrange for a new item to be sent and for the faulty/damaged item to be returned at no further cost to you.

The returns policy does not apply to used clubs or custom/special orders (i.e. clubs ordered or adjusted from standard).

Returns Instructions

Please include a copy of your original EBay Sales Invoice and returns reference, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in their original packaging, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items or Parcelforce for larger items.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Returns for exchange

If you wish to exchange an unused product, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item(s), we are happy to credit the original purchase price (excluding shipping/handling costs) against any of our other items. Shipping/handling fee's are due on replacement product(s) and can be paid via Paypal or credit/debit card.

If you have received the wrong goods?

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you think that you have received the wrong goods, please do not use the goods! We will make every effort to resolve things in the most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself.

If your goods have developed a fault?

All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. Please contact us, with your original eBay reference / Order Number to hand, if you experience a problem with your goods we will help to resolve the situation in a timely and professional manner. If a manufacturing fault develops within the 30 days of receipt all shipping/handling costs will be covered by golfgear4less, if a fault develops outside of 30 days then the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (please review returns instructions above).
