After Sales Service
Hot Toys wish our customers satisfy on their purchases, but sometimes, defective goods or missing parts may unfortunately occurred during the mass production. If overseas customer wants to request a replacement, you may email us at cs@hottoys.com.hk with photos, sales receipt, and your postal address. For local customers, please ask Toy Hunters for assistance. Over 30 days of purchase or product released for more than 1 year will NOT be accepted.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
- Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
-Shipment to Non-EU members is as high as the cost of Africa by EMS, please ask me to quote the shipping cost of standard mail service.
-EMS in not available to some countries,ie Netherland, please ask me to quote the shipping cost of standard mail service or DHL or UPS.
