"Oh wow, my ring arrived this morning and it is stunning, I could have spent £200/£300 and not been as happy with it, are you quite positive its diamonds? They're so big, I wasn't expecting that, they were large in your picture but thought it was just an enlarged picture, was expecting them to be half the size they are.
