If you are unsure of your ring size, simply measure, in mm, across the internal diameter of a ring that fits comfortably on the finger of choice and read across from the right hand column of the table below to find your size.

If you have not got a ring that fits, you can alternatively measure the circumference of your chosen finger, in mm, using a tape measure and divide the measurement by 3.14 to give you the diameter.
