Information For Customers

Okay granted this is not the most exciting page in the store but below is some important information you may find helpful when shopping with us )o(

Purchasing and Payments -

All payments should be made within three days of purchase unless previously arranged with me. I currently accept paypal, uncrossed postal orders and personal cheques.

If paying via personal cheque please be aware it will take 5 - 7 days for your cheque to clear in my bank and your order will not be dispatched until it has.

If you happen to pay via echeque paypal take at least 10 days before they clear the money. Your order will not be dispatched until i receive confirmation from paypal that the money has cleared.

I advise sending postal orders for large amounts of money recorded delivery as this gives you piece of mind that it has arrived safely.

International Buyers please note i only accept paypal if outside the UK.

Combined Postage Discounts -

I offer combined postage discounts on almost all items in the shop to help keep postage and packaging charges down. To qualify all your order must be paid for in one transaction and before payment you will need to wait for me to send you an invoice with updated postage costs.

Postage and Packaging -

All orders are hand packed before being posted and will either be sent 1st class royal mail or 1st class recorded delivery depending on the items value and if it is a one of a kind. Orders are sent out within 3 working days of purchase, excluding weekends, bank holidays and other holiday periods.

I have proof of posting for all items sent out and those sent recorded have proof of posting and a tracking number. If you would like your items sent recorded please do get in touch before payment and i will add the extra 72p to your invoice. Items can be sent Special Delivery if arranged with me prior to purchase so i can let you know the extra postage costs involved.

Items such as herbs, incense etc are packaged in grip seal bags. These bags can hold your items safely until they are used up and then re-used for other magickal item storage. Please do re-use our packaging where possible, our tissue paper is recycleable and almost all packaging can be used in some way. We are currently looking into biodegradable options for our plastic packaging but sourcing and keeping the price low, so it does not effect our customers takes time. Please bare with us, people who have joined our mailing list will be updated when we know more.

We are commited to keeping postage prices low and you only pay for the postage and packaging your items are sent out in, we do not make money from the postage. Don't forget to take advantage of our combined postage to keep prices even lower!

International Postage -

Items are sent either via Airmail Small Packets or International Signed For depending on value and if the item is a one of a kind. As above i have proof of postage for all items sent out. International postage (as quoted by royal mail) takes between 5 - 10 days but often arrives sooner. If you would like to add insurance or signed for please do get in touch for pricing before purchasing. International postage especially can benefit from combined postage discounts. If you are outside the EU please check your countries shipping policies as i am not responsible for any import charges or tax for your items.

Questions/Customer Service -

If you have any questions about one of my products, are not sure which would suit you best or have a general question please do email via one of the ask seller a question links in any of my listings. I do my best to get back to you asap, often immediately if im in the office or within a couple of hours if not.

Feedback/Problems -

If you have a problem with anything to do with your order please get in touch before leaving me feedback. I cannot sort a problem out if i do not know it exists and will always do my best to help!!!!

Returns Policy -

Our returns policy is kept simple so our customers have security with all their purchases at Goddess Enchantments. Items (excluding personalised spells) can be returned to us within 7 days from arrival for either a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). We cannot accept returns on any Personalised or Custom items as these are made to order and can not be resold. The only things we ask are  

A) Contact us first.

 B) The item(s) must be sent back via trackable means, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

C) To qualify the item(s) must return in the condition they left us, if they are returned damaged or used no refund will be given.

As long as the above is followed when we have your items back a full refund will be issued minus any postage costs paid. Items damaged or lost in the post are not covered by our returns policy.

Damaged or Loss In Post -

Im afraid we cannot be help responsible for items lost or damaged in the post as when they leave us their care is out of our hands. However if there is a problem please before leaving feedback contact us as i will always do my best to help rectify the problem!!

If this is something that worries you please contact me about sending your items recorded delivery which covers loss and damage up to £36, if your items are worth more than this for an extra small amount higher insurance can be added. I will ALWAYS help you make any claims needed against royal mail.

Products containing essential oils and herbs should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or during illness without consulting a professional.

Our products are not to be taken internally.

Herbs are for magickal use only.

Before using any product on the skin or in the path perform a patch test.

Essential oils are natural products and can cause allergic reaction in some people. All of our bath products contain essential oils so please be aware of this.

If you have a medical condition please seak medical advice before using essential oil products.

All products for sale are only to be sold to people 18 years of age and over.

All items sold are sold as curious and Goddess Enchantments cannot take responsiblility for anything which may or may not happen.
