Q. When will i receive my order?
During the week we aim to dispatch within 3 days of payment being received. There are obviously some exceptions such as bank holidays, main holidays (christmas etc), if we are away or if we happen to be unwell as we never touch anything for magickal use if we are not well. In any of these instances we will be in contact with you from the start. All orders are posted 1st class royal mail or recorded delivery (for items of high value), so as long as royal mail are on form you will have your order asap.
Q. Can i get a combined postage discount?
Yes of course we will be happy to combine purchases and give postal discounts. All you have to do is purchase the items you would like and get in contact with us asking for a combined invoice. You must wait for your combined invoice to benefit as we cannot refund postage once you have paid.
Q. I have a birthday/special occassion coming up, could you gift wrap a kit for me and send it to the person?
All of our items will arrive hand wrapped in a gorgeous rich plum tissue paper making them ideal for gifts. We are happy to send it to the person, however we do request you send it via recorded delivery for both ours and your peace of mind.
Q. I'm not sure which spell is right for me?
If you are not sure which spell to choose just contact me via the ask seller a question link and i will do all i can to advise you on the right spell for you. All our personalised spells are made to your own situation so can be written for any purpose with the exception of anything thats harms or changes anothers free will.
Q. I have a personal situation, will what i tell you be private?
I am the only person with access to our business email account. Any information you supply us with will be kept in strictist confidence and after we have helped in any way we can your emails shall be deleted unless you request them to be kept.
Q. Do you buy in your herb mix's, oils etc?
All of our herb mix's, incenses (grain), spell/ritual oils, spell pouches, personalised spell mix's etc are hand made on the premises by us. Anything listed as handmade or personalised will be made especially for you per order here. We strongly believe in the purity and potent energy of handmade ritual and spell items. Our handmade items are made to order with specially selected ingredients and do not get mass produced or go anywhere near a factory. We use traditional methods such as hand blending and grinding with a mortar and pestle. We do not sell any brought in spell or ritual supplies other than the inks and candles.
Q. I have a question, when will you get back to me?
We aim to reply to all questions within a couple of hours, we will always do our best to get back to you asap. Do not hesitate to email whether it be a product related questions, advice or just to let us know how your spell went!! Im always about online or have my phone with me to reply to emails asap, often within 20mins during the day.
Q. Do you use of stock dangerous herbs?
No we do not is the short answer. Some recipes and spells you can find on the internet contain all sorts of dangerous herbs or oils. Here at Goddess Enchantments we use old family recipes from our Book Of Shadows, none of which contain any poisonous herbs. Just because some poisonous herbs sound 'witchy' it doesnt mean they have any more power than the parsley growing in your garden!!!
Q. Can i cook with your herbs?
All herbs contained in our kits are for magickal use only. Although we take every care to source the best herbs for our kits because we do not store them in an area with a food safety certificate (gained by food premisses) we cannot sell them for interal use.
